I am a passionate youth advocate and the founder of Move NETwork International (MNI), a grassroots organization based in Uganda. Through MNI, I work to transform the lives of teenage mothers and young people by offering empowerment, education, and emotional healing.

My journey began with personal experiences in my own family, which awakened in me a deep desire to give teenage mothers a second chance at life. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting vulnerable young women who face the harsh realities of early motherhood. At MNI, we provide skills training, psychosocial support, and opportunities for education and entrepreneurship—so that these young women can become confident, self-reliant, and hopeful about their future.

A core part of my mission is helping young people heal from trauma and manage stress. This is what led me to the Trauma Tapping Technique (TTT) and the Havening Technique—simple, yet powerful tools for emotional self-care and resilience. Thanks to the Peaceful Heart Network (PHN) in Sweden, I was trained and mentored in these methods and became a certified First Aid for Stress and Trauma (F.A.S.T.) Practitioner. That recognition empowered me to bring structured, trauma-informed healing practices into my community with greater impact and confidence.

I began using TTT and Havening after seeing the deep emotional wounds carried by many teenage mothers—wounds rooted in abuse, rejection, poverty, and stigma. The techniques I learned through PHN changed everything about how I approached mental health and support. Since then, I’ve expanded this work to include students, teachers, community leaders, and youth. I now run workshops, facilitate school-based clubs, and create safe spaces where people can release trauma, reduce anxiety, and reconnect with their inner strength.

The results have been profound. Teenage mothers have shared how they feel calmer, more hopeful, and better equipped to make healthy decisions. Schools that have welcomed this work have reported improvements in student behavior and emotional well-being.

With my F.A.S.T. certification and ongoing collaboration with Peaceful Heart Network, I remain committed to building a trauma-informed generation—one where healing is not a luxury, but a foundation for lasting transformation.
