Besides Trauma Tapping we teach self-Havening, breathing and many other ways to regulate symptoms of stress and trauma. We share our experiences of how to integrate these techniques in your daily life, and how to offer them to others, individually or in groups.
There are many ways to learn. You can learn from our book, the Self Help For Trauma app (free) or any of the instruction films on this website. You can join a workshop online or learn from somebody else.

The last Wednesday of each month we usually do an online training where you can learn the basics of the techniques and get mentoring. Maybe you should learn it too?
