Ann believes that everyone goes through difficult challenges that they must overcome and demonstrates care and compassion to help you navigate life’s hurdles.  Ann is dedicated to working with people from all walks of life, having served clients in recovery, incarceration, and both inpatient and outpatient settings.  When you are ready, Ann will be your guide to help you fully invest in yourself as you examine the mind-body connection and work together to heal past hurts, habits, and hangups.  

Ann completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University and is a Certified Correctional Healthcare Professional in Virginia.  Ann has presented at multiple conferences and held workshops and is a perpetual student of the craft.  Ann offers a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to openly express yourself, and you will find her approach to be genuine, empathetic, and caring.  Ann works with adult individuals, specializing in issues pertaining to women and veterans, and is looking forward to working with you as well.
