I have 20 years experience working with people living with anxiety, unwanted emotional and physical reactions related to current or past stressful or traumatic events, and phobias.
I partner with people to release negative messages about yourself and mindfully practice the kind of life you want to live. We will partner using Havening Techniques(tm) and mindfulness practices and TTT to reduce or eliminate negative reactions that interfere with the choices you want to make in your life today and practice building the purposeful life you want.
I have been a licensed clinician working in community based agencies focused on trauma and hospital based services focused on depression and anxiety. My primary purpose is to build a safe, compassionate and positive partnership with you so we can work to reduce or eliminate interference from past events and negative messages. We will practice skills you will be able to use on your own to build the kind of life you want. I also partner with health care workers to utilize these techniques to address compassion fatigue and manage stress.
