I was born in the UK and have lived in Switzerland for over 25 years. I am a certified Stress Management and Digital Wellbeing Coach. I specialize in the management of anxiety, trauma and addiction. As a Digital Wellbeing Coach, I help people develop better relationships with their digital devices and to find a good work-life balance.

When used daily, TTT helps myself, as well as my clients, feel more in control of stress and anxiety levels, to find stability and build resilience.

TTT can also support Digital Detoxing. We often automatically reach for our phones to avoid an uncomfortable feeling or task and end up doom scrolling. TTT (a quick burst of Gorilla Tapping), is a fun way to help effectively soothe the anxiety we may feel when trying to reduce screentime.

What I love most about TTT is its simplicity and how it can be used to make a significant impact in the lives of people who have the most desperate needs, but minimal opportunity or means of support. Once we have learned TTT, we have a responsibility to share this wonderful technique for the good of all.
