In my work as a coach and mental trainer, TTT is a very good complement. My first contact with Tapping was when I was really stressed and had a panic attack. My friend helped me to calm down with Trauma Tapping Technique. After ten minutes, I was calm and relaxed again. After this time, I became very interested in this fantastic method. Then I decided to learn more about it because I wanted to help people in stressed situations. Today I use it a lot- both with my clients and when I help myself. A good method that makes a huge difference.
